I understand that the use of inflatable water slides and related recreational equipment involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, drowning, sprains, fractures, paralysis, serious injury, property damage, and death.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the equipment by myself, my children, guests, invitees, and any other participants present at the rental location.
The renter agrees to:
• Provide constant adult supervision during operation.
• Ensure participants follow all safety rules.
• Prevent rough play, horseplay, wrestling, flips, climbing on walls, or dangerous conduct.
• Keep food, drinks, glass containers, alcohol, tobacco products, and pets away from the equipment.
• Ensure participants are physically capable of safely using the equipment.
• Prevent overcrowding and comply with posted occupancy limits.
• Immediately stop use during severe weather, lightning, high winds, or unsafe conditions.
The renter accepts responsibility for damage caused by misuse, vandalism, negligence, unauthorized relocation, prohibited items, pets, fireworks, sharp objects, or failure to follow operating instructions.
The renter may be responsible for repair or replacement costs resulting from such damage.
